 Health is wealth

Health is very imported for our life. Human body is very amazing God made so we should do exercise daily for good health. A machine work daily and we are not neat and clean daily so machine has out of order same this condition for our human body. A lot of working in office and factory working time is 8 hour after we takes rest if we will not take rest otherwise our body not working good. I can say that
“Health is wealth” make your good health with exercise get up early in the morning.

Long life

IF our body condition is best so we alive long life. For example old man is very active he is very hard work man in the past time. So he was eating fresh vegetables, fruits, milk, ghee, and daily get up early in the morning and go to work in fields there for his body perfect and healthy.

Why is smoking bad for you?

Smoking is responsible for several diseases, such as cancer, long-term (chronic) respiratory diseases, and heart disease, as well as premature death. Over 440,000 people in the USA and 100,000 in the UK die because of smoking each year. According the US CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), $92 billion are lost each year from lost productivity resulting from smoking-related deaths.
